The ELS AG supports its partner Atos
The ELS AG supports its partner Atos in the SAP rollout for the Siemens Group Russia, who are implementing a global SAP template at different locations (Moscow, St. Petersburg). For the End-User Performance/Training, the ELS Training-Project manager and the ELS Master Trainers develop the training strategy, deliver the training for the SAP key users (Train-the-trainer concept for 8 different Work streams: FI/CO, Logistics, PP, PS, CS, PM), coordinate and support the documentation and training media development process and help organizing the support of training for the employees of Siemens Group Russia.

ELS and Assima - a strong partnership
With Assima PLC the ELS AG will have an important technology partner at its side. With the contract signature end of May we have created the basis for a close and successful co-operation.
Assima PLC with its headquarters in London, Great Britain, offers technologies which support employees when complex new ERP systems are introduced. The software cloning solutions developed by Assima simulate a training environment, which offers the full functionality of the real system.
In future ELS will market the Assima technologies exclusively in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Furthermore the relations to customers in East Europe and the Middle East will be intensified. This will make us a full-range supplier of consultancy, services and tools for Human Performance Improvement again, like at the times of RWD Technologien Deutschland GmbH.
With their know-how the two companies create the best possible synergies. We offer 20 years of experience with consultancy and the realization of training concepts for the introduction of complex ERP systems. Their award winning software, training and change management solutions make Assima a top supplier for innovative and efficient technologies.

ELS GmbH becomes AG
At the end of March 2011, ELS GmbH became an AG. This conversion was undertaken to ensure the long-term growth of the company. It also enables our employees and business partners to share in our future success.
Markus Ludwig, Managing Director and founder of ELS GmbH, becomes the new Chief Executive Officer. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Dr. Martin Bürmann, partner at the Rittershaus law firm in Mannheim.
As far as our customers and partners are concerned, this change has little effect. We will continue to invest our drive and energy in the pursuit of Human Performance Improvement.

ELS supports Siemens Energy with methodical SAP training
For the Siemens Energy sector, Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS) are implementing the project "OneP Training". The core topics of the project are the reorganization of the business processes and the harmonization of processes and systems. The objective is to improve the performance and efficiency of the Energy Division Fossil Power Generation in the product business.
For this purpose, the Fossil Power Generation employees shall receive comprehensive SAP training up to the end of the 2011 financial year. The training courses will be held in multiple locations in Germany and the USA.
Together with SIS, we have developed a training concept for this project which utilizes the methodological approach "Electronic Performance Support System" (EPSS) and Oracle UPK (User Productivity Kit) as the technical basis. The training project will be implemented by a core team of SIS and ELS people in Berlin and a support team in the USA.
These customer-specific training measures which have been designed and created by experienced trainers are focused on aligning the knowledge level of the employees with the new process and IT environment.
The first implementation phase went into operation at the beginning of January 2011. Since then over 200 training courses with approximately 3,500 users have been successfully completed. Altogether, by the end of the financial year 2011, approximately 7,400 users will have participated in the training courses.
With the OneP project, SIS and ELS are continuing their long-standing partnership in providing training solutions and services. This cooperation was initiated in 2004 with RWD Technologien Deutschland GmbH, the predecessor of ELS GmbH.

RWD becomes ELS
In the course of a management buyout, Markus Ludwig founds ELS GmbH which takes over the business activities of RWD Deutschland GmbH.
With Markus Ludwig as our new Managing Director, we are working with great elan and enthusiasm to grow and develop our new company.
Our company focus remains the same: efficient solutions for Human Performance Improvement!
As part of RWD Technologies, we gathered an enormous amount of expertise and cross industry experience. Our customers will continue to reap the benefits. As ELS GmbH, we will now have the increased flexibility and proximity to customers of a nationally active provider.
As the ELS team, we embrace the new challenges and the greater scope for decision making. And the main beneficiaries? Our customers!
